We pass  Bruch Mansion (Ice Cafe Cortina)

and proceed through Schloß-strasse to the Alte Apotheke (Old Pharmazy).

Hear you?ll hear the story of the destruction of St. Wendel in 1677.

We pass Town Hall (Rathaus No 1)

and walk to the Protestant Church where you hear my favorite subject: the sad story of Durchess Luise, Great-great-great-great--grandmother of the Prince of Wales.

Along the former city wall we walk to the oldest building of St. Wendel, ancient St. Magdalena's Chapel from 13th Century.

From there it is close to St. Wendelin's gothic-style Basilica with its marvellous history presented outside and inside.

I will always try detect signs of boredom as early as possible and suppress it by humor.

A tour through our lovely town is always a pleasure for me and shall be for you as well.
